RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Tvisha Jewelry, operated by its legal entity Tvisha Enterprises, through the website www.tvishajewelry.com.

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the terms stated below.

1. Return Eligibility

1.1 Customers may request a return within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery.

1.2 To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Be returned in original packaging

  • Include the original invoice and tags, if any

  • Be free from damage, scratches, or signs of use

1.3 Any return request made after 7 days from the date of delivery shall not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or made-to-order jewellery

  • Products marked as non-returnable or sold under clearance/special sale

  • Gift cards or gift vouchers

  • Products that show signs of wear, damage, or tampering

3. Free Gifts and Promotional Offers

If an order was placed with a free gift or promotional item:

  • The free gift must be returned along with the main product.

  • If the free gift is not returned, its value shall be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Return Procedure

4.1 To initiate a return, the customer must send an email to care@tvishajewelry.com mentioning:

  • Order number

  • Product details

  • Reason for return

4.2 After verification, the customer will receive return instructions from our support team.

4.3 The product must be securely packed in its original packaging along with the invoice.

4.4 The customer is responsible for ensuring safe packaging of the return shipment.

5. Return Shipping

5.1 Reverse pickup may be arranged at our discretion and subject to service availability in the customer’s location.

5.2 If reverse pickup is not available, the customer must ship the product to the address provided by our support team.

5.3 Return shipping charges shall be borne by the customer, except in cases where:

  • An incorrect product was delivered, or

  • A damaged or defective product was delivered

6. Quality Check

6.1 All returned products shall undergo a mandatory quality inspection.

6.2 If the product fails the quality check, the return shall be rejected and the product will be shipped back to the customer. No refund shall be issued in such cases.

7. Refund Process

7.1 Upon successful quality inspection and approval of the return, the refund shall be processed to the original mode of payment.

7.2 The refund shall be processed within 7 to 10 working days from the date of approval.

7.3 Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

8. Cancellation of Orders

8.1 Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

8.2 Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return procedure.

  • Accept or reject any return or refund request
